Your Certification Journey
This timeline explains the complete process from registration to earning your global credential.
Create an Account
Register for free on the OKRstudy™ portal. Your account serves as your personal hub for accessing study resources, tracking progress, and managing your certifications.
Enroll in Training
Choose your preferred learning format. You can join a 3-hour free instructor-led virtual class for fundamentals or enroll in advanced courses like OKR Professional (OKRP) or OKR with Agile (OKRAC) through global training providers.
Prepare for Exam
Study using the official OKRBOK™ Guide (A Guide to the OKR Body of Knowledge), webinars, e-learning courses, and practice materials to strengthen your understanding of OKR concepts and implementation practices.
Schedule and Take Exam
Complete your proctored online exam through the portal. The assessment evaluates your understanding of OKR principles, frameworks, alignment strategies, and performance measurement techniques.
Get Certified
Upon successful completion of the final assessment, instantly download your digital certificate and badge. Your name will be added to the OKRstudy™ global registry of certified professionals.
How to Schedule Your Exam
Scheduling your OKRstudy™ certification exam is a simple process managed through our professional portal.
Login to Portal
Go to online.vmedu.com and sign in to your certification account.
Go to My Exams
Select the My Exams section from the dashboard to view available exams.
Schedule Exam
Choose language, time zone, date, and time. You will receive an email confirmation.
Exam Environment Requirements
Ensure your system meets these requirements before starting the exam.
Webcam
A high-quality webcam is mandatory for all proctored exams. It must be correctly situated to focus on the individual taking the exam at all times with no obstructions covering the lens.
Internet
A stable internet connection is required for continuous exam access. You must use a desktop or laptop equipped with speakers and a microphone to interact with the proctoring platform.
Browser
Exams are conducted through modern web browsers. Proctored examinations specifically utilize the Google Meet-based proctor system. Ensure no other websites, applications (like Excel or Word), or other computers are running in the room.Use a modern browser such as Chrome, Firefox, or Edge.
Quiet Room
Choose a secure, well-lit, and quiet environment. You must sit at a clean desk or table—not a bed or sofa—free of any books, papers, or electronic devices unless specifically permitted. No other people or background music are allowed in the room.
Certification Validity
OKRstudy™ certifications are designed to ensure practitioners remain current with evolving global standards and the latest innovations in goal-setting methodologies.
Validity Period
Most OKRstudy™ certifications (such as OKRPC and OKROC) remain valid for a period of three calendar years from the date of issue. Note that the OKR with AI Certified (OKRAIC™) credential is valid for a lifetime.
Recertification
You can maintain your active status by passing a specific Recertification Exam, which is half the length of the full exam and focuses on updates in the OKRBOK™ Guide. Alternatively, you can advance to a higher-level certification, which automatically renews all previous credentials for another three years.
Continuous Learning
Practitioners can also choose the Self-Certification method. This requires confirming 40 hours of study relevant to OKRs completed within the past three years and providing a brief write-up of your professional learning activities.
